At Sauwcey Brands, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in the original packaging (including gift boxes, pouches, and tags)
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Custom or personalized jewelry
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support at sauwceybrands@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order/reference number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, style, or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
